Oil Thermal Heater
An oil thermal heater is an industrial heat exchanger that uses thermal oil as a heat transfer medium to transfer thermal energy to process units in a closed circulation system. Unlike steam boilers that use high pressure, this device is capable of producing very high operating temperatures (can reach 300°C or more) while still operating at low pressure, making it much safer and reducing the risk of explosion. Its main advantages are high energy efficiency, very accurate temperature control, and lower maintenance costs because thermal oil does not cause corrosion or scaling in pipes/tubes like water or steam.
