An oil thermal heater is an industrial heat exchanger that uses thermal oil as a heat transfer medium to transfer thermal energy to process units in a closed circulation system. Unlike steam boilers that use high pressure, this device is capable of producing very high operating temperatures (can reach 300°C or more) while still operating at low pressure, making it much safer and reducing the risk of explosion.
