Oil Thermal Heater
Oil Thermal Heater is an industrial heat exchanger that uses thermal oil as a heat-conducting medium for transferring energy thermal to the process unit in a closed circulation system. In contrast to steam boilers that use high pressure, this device is capable of producing very high operational temperatures (up to 300°C or more) while still operating at low pressure, making it much safer and reducing the risk of explosion. The main advantages are high energy efficiency, very accurate temperature control, and lower maintenance costs because thermal oil does not cause corrosion or style="font-variant-ligatures: inherit; font-variant-caps: inherit;">scaling in the pipe/tube like water or steam.
